Job DescriptionAs our Barista, you'll be responsible for:Preparing consistently high-quality espresso-based coffee.Dialling in grinders and maintaining coffee quality throughout the day.Providing friendly, skilled customer service.Taking customer orders and processing payments.Assisting with food service and café operations when required.Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient workspace.Working collaboratively with the café team during busy service periods.About the CandidateCoffee & Soul is a café built around exceptional coffee, genuine hospitality, and creating a welcoming space for our community.
We're looking for an experienced, passionate Barista who takes pride in every cup and enjoys creating memorable customer experiences.Minimum 2 years' experience as a barista in a busy café.
