This is a hands-on role that combines customer service, reception duties and maintaining our park to the highest standard, helping create a welcoming experience for every guest.About the RoleWelcoming guests and completing check-ins and check-outsAnswering phone calls, emails and booking enquiriesAssisting with reservations and processing paymentsProviding information about the park and local attractionsAssisting guests with enquiries and ensuring exceptional customer serviceCleaning and preparing cabins for arriving guestsCleaning amenities, bathrooms, kitchens and common areasRestocking guest amenities and suppliesHelp maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming park environmentAbout YouFriendly,
