salary packaging and wellness benefitsWhat you'll be doingCase coordination you will be supporting our customers to access servicesProvide knowledge on working respectfully and reciprocally alongside Aboriginal Communities grounded in cultural authority, robust relationships and community-led priorities.Provide high-quality person-centred supports and brief interventions to customers, their families and carers that are strengths based and culturally responsiveRepresenting Family Connect and Support in universal settings across the Northern Rivers to engage isolated families.Participate in supervision activities including case reviews and case auditsWhat we're looking forStrong communication and the ability to work collaboratively with service providers and key stakeholdersHas a high-level understanding of risk and the complexities associated with this and who can manage accordinglyThe ability to work alongside families to build their confidence and empower them to make positive changes in their livesSomeone who can learn quickly and adjust practice to support the needs of families and the community whilst working within the parameters of the program's guidelines.Social Futures considers that being Aboriginal is a genuine occupational qualification under Section 14 of the Anti-Discrimination Act of **** (NSW)
