You'll be responsible for leading a team on our pastry and packaging lines, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met.This is a high-impact role suited to someone who enjoys leading from the front and driving team performance.Key responsibilitiesLead, coach and support a team to achieve daily and weekly production targetsMaximise line efficiency and minimise downtimeTroubleshoot production and machinery issues and escalates when requiredMaintain accurate production records and reportingEnsure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and WHS standardsPromote a safe, clean,
