Previous experience in a patient or customer-facing role.The ability to remain calm, organised and focused while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional approach when interacting with patients, visitors, medical specialists and multidisciplinary teams.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.Sound judgement and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to follow established processes while using initiative to find solutions when situations aren't straightforward.A collaborative approach, with a willingness to support others, lead from the front and contribute to a positive team culture.A proactive mindset, taking ownership of your work and identifying opportunities to improve processes.Willingness to work a variety of shift times, including evening and overnight shifts.Experience using Cerner and/or SAP (desirable).
Willingness to obtain required vaccinations in line with hospitals infection control requirements, as well as undergo national criminal history checkWhat makes a difference for you?
