With hands-on learning opportunities, you'll develop the skills to deliver fun, engaging programs that nurture children's growth.Key responsibilities include:Learning how to support educators in delivering fun and engaging learning experiencesBuilding warm relationships with children, families, and your teamMaintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environmentActively participating in learning opportunitiesContributing to a culture of fun, collaboration, and curiosityEnsuring the safety,



health and wellbeing of all children is prioritised at all timesActively supervising children and maintaining awareness of risks in the environmentReporting any concerns or incidents in line with service policies and proceduresSkills & ExperienceWe're looking for someone enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to grow.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:A genuine passion for working with childrenA strong willingness to learn and grow in a supportive team environmentGreat communication and interpersonal skillsA positive, team-oriented mindsetThe ability to embrace fun, creativity, and curiosity in your workStrong understanding of child protection responsibilities and mandatory reportingAbility to identify and respond to risks to children's safetyCompleted the Foundations of Child Safety training (or willing to complete prior to commencement).
