You will work closely with our procurement team, warehouse staff, and external sales representatives to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and customer enquiries are resolved promptly.Key areas of Responsibilities:Manage inbound phone enquiries and provide exceptional customer serviceAssist customers at the trade counterPrepare quotations and process customer orders accuratelyMaintain showroom presentation and ensure adequate stock levelsProvide administrative support to the external sales, procurement,
