safety-first and inclusive workplace cultureWhat's The Role:Safely operate an HC vehicle to complete daily pick-up and delivery runsDeliver freight on time and without damageLoad, unload and secure freightComplete daily vehicle inspections and report defectsFollow road transport legislation, fatigue management and company proceduresComplete delivery documentation and electronic recordsProvide professional customer serviceMaintain a clean and roadworthy vehicleWork with the operations team to deliver excellent serviceWhat You'll Bring:Demonstrated experience in pick-up and delivery or general freight operationsSafe driving record and strong commitment to safety and complianceSound knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and fatigue management requirementsAbility to safely load, unload and secure freightGood communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyConfidence using electronic proof of delivery and transport systemA reliable, professional attitude with a robust work ethicForklift licence (desirable but not essential)Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
