and guide and support our Personal Care Workers to ensure every resident's needs are met with skill and dignity.
You'll build trusted relationships with residents, their loved ones, GPs and allied health professionals, working as one team to get the best outcomes for those in our care.This role suits an RN who takes pride in doing things properly, accurate documentation, sound clinical decisions and a steady, reassuring presence, especially when things get busy or complex.This position is offered on a permanent part time basis, rostered on Thursdays, 18.5 hours per week, with a preferred start date of 20 August **** (flexible to September if required).
Key Responsibilities:Provide direct clinical care to residents in line with your scope of practiceAdmit and assess new residents, including development of interim care plansUndertake resident assessments and review of care plans, particularly for residents with complex or palliative care needsAdminister medications and undertake specialised clinical tasks such as wound care, vital signs and blood glucose monitoringManage emergency situations, injuries and incidents in consultation with the Facility ManagerProvide advice,
