Overview:Join a leading mobile plant organisation based in Brisbane, supporting the planning and coordination of personnel and equipment across client sites within the mining sector.
You'll play a key role in workforce scheduling, mobilisation coordination, compliance management, and ensuring personnel remain site-ready for ongoing project requirements.
Working closely with operations teams, employees, and external providers, you'll help keep projects running efficiently and safely.Previous experience in Workforce Scheduling, Mobilisation, Workforce Coordination, or a similar mining, construction, or industrial administration roleStrong understanding of workforce mobilisation processes, including onboarding, medicals, inductions, and site access requirementsExperience coordinating personnel schedules, workforce allocation, and travel requirements to meet operational demandsAbility to maintain compliance records, licences, competencies, and training documentation across multiple systemsHigh level of accuracy when managing employee records, reporting, and workforce tracking dataExperience raising purchase orders and providing general administrative support within a fast-paced environmentAbility to coordinate PPE requirements and support the timely distribution of equipment to personnelStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees, operational leaders, clients,
