Client Services Manager - Early Career RoleThe Ray White Lower North Shore Group are the market leaders on the Lower North Shore.
Our company spans across a variety of departments including Residential Sales, Property Management, Projects & Developments, Retail & Commercial and Loan Market which all work seamlessly together to deliver a central and streamlined real estate solution for today's ever-evolving marketplace.
80 staff are located across 4 offices which are united to deliver five-star service for our clients.This is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual to work in Geoff Smith's team, who is the leading agent selling prestige property in Mosman and a top 5 agent within the Ray White network.
Geoff's direct team has longevity and a commitment to excellence and results whilst enjoying the work and challenges involved.We are seeking an early stage career individual with experience in administration (preferably real estate) as it is a fast paced role and requires someone who is motivated to succeed and able to demonstrate initiative while maintaining a professional approach at all times.
You will be both mentored and empowered in growing your career and contributing to the leading agency.Responsibilities:Support a team to meet deadlinesPrepare listing presentations, proposals, appraisals, sales contracts and OFI packsCampaign plans, strategy and budget coordinationPreparation of brand marketing collateral:



produce/design advertising material for agents.The implementation of direct mail campaigns and branding collateralDeveloping and producing content for brochures, websites and email marketing.Assist Agents with database management.Qualifications:The skills and experience you will bring to this role include:Real estate administration experience, anywhere from 1-3 yearsCertificate of Registration completed and working towards the Real Estate Class 2 Licence as required by Office of Fair TradingAbility and desire to provide outstanding service to clientsAbility to work autonomously and use initiativeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGreat attention to detailEffective time management to service and respond to enquiries in a timely mannerThe ability to prioritise and meet strict deadlinesProactive and team-focused approach to workWhat we stand for:Our focus is on our client's, at all times/consistently.
