Col Wilkie Body Works is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team in Toowoomba, QLD.

You will contribute to the day-to-day operations that keep our business running smoothly and efficiently.
This role is fundamental to supporting our skilled tradespeople and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.What you'll be doingAssisting qualified tradespeople with preparation and setup of work areasPerforming general cleaning and maintenance of tools, equipment and work spacesLoading and unloading materials, parts and vehicle components safely and efficientlySupporting body work and repair tasks under supervision, including holding components and assisting with fitting and assemblyOrganising and maintaining inventory of materials, parts and suppliesFollowing all workplace health and safety procedures and guidelines at all timesEnsuring waste is properly disposed of and work areas remain clean and tidyUndertaking training to develop practical skills and industry knowledgeCommunicating effectively with team members and reporting any issues or concerns promptlyWhat we're looking forA strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks to a high standardPhysical fitness and ability to perform manual labour, including lifting and carrying heavy itemsReliability and punctuality,
