The Opportunity:
Due to continued growth, we're seeking two commercially experiencedLandscapersto join ourGreen Incteam across a variety of commercial projects.
Reporting to the Project Manager, this role requires delivering commercial landscape projects, using a range of tools and hands-on skills to meet client requirements and create high-quality outdoor spaces.

There aretwo full-time positionsavailableat ourEdinburghsite inAdelaide, SA.
The roles operateMonday to Thursday, 7:00am – 3:30pm, andFriday, 7:00am – 1:30pm, offering excellent work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver commercial landscaping works, including installation and irrigation
Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Maintain safe, clean,



and compliant worksites and equipment
Follow SOPs and safety processes to minimise risks
Support the team, provide great customer service, and step up to guide others when needed
Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive workplace culture.
Drive quality outcomes and continuous improvement.
About You – The Ideal Candidate:
4 - 5 years commercial experience
Cert III Horticulture & Landscape Trade certificate
Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills
Reliable, positive attitude with a strong work ethic and ability to work within a team and independently
Experienced labourers with machine operation experience & certification will be considered
Current Driver's Licence, White Card, and National Police Clearance
Current NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
