About the Opportunity
Casual positions are available for highly motivated Kitchen Hands to join our team.
Support the chefs and ensure the cleanliness of the BOH area.
Main Role Responsibilities
Maintain the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and work areas
Provide assistance to the Chefs
Keep up with volume dishes while operating an industrial dishwasher
The Ideal Candidate Must Have
Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand
Experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting advantageous
Demonstrated organisational, time management skills
Must be able to endure the repetitive and physically demanding nature of the role




Available to work a rotating roster, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays
OHS, food hygiene & safety understanding
Excellent communication & presentation
Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
Possess a positive "can do" attitude
