This is an excellent chance for a driven Project Engineer to join a growing commercial builder in Perth and gain hands-on exposure across the full project lifecycle.
Working alongside experienced leaders, you'll play a key role in delivering quality projects while building the skills and experience to progress into Project or Site Management.
The OpportunityAs a Project Engineer, you will work closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
This role is designed as a development pathway, offering exposure to a wide range of responsibilities and the opportunity to progress into either Project Management or Site Management following completion of a full project lifecycle.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate design development with consultants and project teams
Prepare monthly project control group (PCG) reports and attend client meetings
Manage Quality Assurance documentation and site registers (including Procore)
Assist with procurement processes and subcontractor coordination
Support programming (short and long-term project schedules)
Participate in design reviews and shop drawing assessments
Assist Site Manager with supervision of selected work packages
Contribute to Operations & Maintenance (O&M;)
manuals at project completion
About YouTo succeed in this role, you'll bring:
Experience in commercial construction (Site Engineer or similar)
Working knowledge of construction methodologies and project delivery models
Exposure to QA systems, site documentation, and project reporting
Experience using systems such as Procore or similar
Understanding of WHS and environmental requirements
