What You'll Be Doing
Providing Level 1-1.5 engineering support across client environments
Assisting with client discovery sessions and solution design/architecture
Assisting with cloud and infrastructure projects
Troubleshooting complex technical issues
Visiting client sites when required
Acting as a technical advisor to clients
Assist on security projects
Contributing to improving documentation and internal systems
What You'll Bring
Proven MSP experience supporting multiple client environments
Experience with cloud migrations and modern workplace deployments
Experience with modern device management (Intune, Autopilot)
Relevant Microsoft certifications or working towards them
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause problem-solving ability
Experience delivering cloud and infrastructure projects
Confident client communication and advisory skills
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple clients and tasks
Solid documentation habits and attention to detail
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for learning

Backup & Disaster Recovery
Networking & Security
Scripting/automation
