About the Role
As part of our retail team, you'll help create a welcoming, knowledgeable and positive shopping experience for our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing friendly and professional customer service
Assisting customers with product selection and recommendations
Processing sales and operating the POS system
Replenishing stock and maintaining organised, attractive product displays
Receiving,
unpacking and organising stock deliveries
Maintaining a clean, tidy and welcoming retail environment
Assisting with general day-to-day store operations
Building positive relationships with customers and delivering an excellent shopping experience
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in retail, customer service or a similar customer-facing role
From a hairdressing, salon or beauty background —highly regarded
Friendly, confident and approachable
A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Reliable, organised and able to work independently
Proactive with strong attention to detail
Available forfull-time hours
Passionate about hair, beauty and retail
Previous product knowledge within the professional hair and beauty industry would be an advantage.
