What We're Looking For
Strong knowledge of the EYLF
A genuine commitment to child safety and active supervision
Passion for delivering high-quality, engaging educational programs
Confidence in documentation and digital platforms
A collaborative, team-focused mindset
A natural mentor (for Lead Educator applicants)
Ability to build meaningful relationships with children, families and the local community
Relevant early childhood qualifications or be working towards them
Valid Working With Children Check
