Esperance Grain Handlers is seeking amotivated and capable Operations Managerto lead our large-scale grain cleaning and drying facility.
Reporting to the Board, the role is responsible foroperations, staff leadership, harvest receivals, logistics, maintenance, compliance, WHS and financial management.
Ideally, you will have:
• Agricultural or grain handling experience
• Robust leadership and organisational skills
• Staff management and financial experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work effectively under pressure during harvest
