Barossa Mazda is seeking an enthusiastic and drivenSales Executiveto join our team in Nuriootpa, SA.
This is afull-time positionbased at our dealership, where you will be at the forefront of our customer service and sales operations.
As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in representing Mazda to our customers, building lasting relationships, and driving sales growth.
This position is integral to our business success and offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic automotive sales environment where your performance directly impacts both customer satisfaction and company revenue.
What you'll be doing
Welcoming customers to the dealership and identifying their vehicle needs and preferences
Providing product knowledge and demonstrating Mazda vehicles to potential buyers
Presenting vehicle features, specifications and pricing to customers in a persuasive and professional manner
Preparing quotations and negotiating terms to close sales
Coordinating with the finance team to arrange customer financing and insurance options
Following up with prospective customers to nurture leads and encourage purchase decisions
Maintaining accurate customer records and sales documentation
Achieving sales targets and contributing to the dealership's overall performance goals
Staying informed about current vehicle inventory, promotions and special offers
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
What we're looking for
The ideal candidate has excellent judgement, strong attention to detail, and the ability to identify solutions independently.
You'll be someone who notices what needs to be done with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers




Strong negotiation abilities and a results-driven attitude with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Product knowledge and enthusiasm for vehicles, particularly Mazda models
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and demeanor that reflects the Barossa Mazda brand
Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
Valid driver's license and the ability to conduct test drives
High school qualification or equivalent
Preferred: Previous dealership experience or formal sales training certification
