What You'll Be Doing
Managehigh-volume Accounts Payable(invoice processing, approvals, payments)
ManageAccounts Receivable(billing, collections, ad-hoc invoicing)
Performbank & cash reconciliationsand support cashflow forecasting
Contribute to and progressively ownmonth-end close processes
Preparejournals and balance sheet reconciliations(including intercompany)
Assist withmanagement reporting and financial statements
SupportBAS, GST, and statutory reporting
Maintainfixed asset registers
Work with auditors and external accountants to resolve queries
Supportbudgets and forecasting
Identify and driveprocess improvements and efficiencies
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years' experiencein accounting/finance
CPA qualified (or near completion)
StrongExcel skills
Solid understanding ofaccounting principles (IFRS/GAAP)
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership
Solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Enjoy working collaboratively in anin-office environment (full-time, Preston location)

Experience in amanufacturing environment
Exposure toERP systems
Experience withintercompany accounting or international entities
Knowledge ofPower BI, SharePoint, or automation tools (e.g., Copilot)
Background intax, audit, or cost accounting
