About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate
SEE Centre Manager
to lead the successful operations of our
Fairfield
SEE centre.
Reporting to the
SEE Area Manager
, the SEE Centre Manager will be responsible for the overall management, growth and performance of the site, ensuring the delivery of engaging, high-quality training programs that support learners to build their language, literacy, numeracy and digital skills. Key responsibilities of this role will include:
Leading the day-to-day operations and success of our Fairfield SEE Centre.
Building strong partnerships with government agencies, referral partners and community organisations to expand opportunities for learners.
Growing enrolments and community awareness through stakeholder engagement and local networking.
Identifying local needs and opportunities to deliver meaningful outcomes for students and the community.
Driving performance across referral, operational and financial targets.
Coaching and supporting your team to achieve their goals and deliver exceptional learner experiences.




Ensuring program delivery meets SEE Program requirements, RTO Standards and MTC policies.
Fostering a positive, learner-focused culture centred on quality, inclusion and continuous improvement.
Maintaining accurate records of stakeholder engagement and promotional activities.
Supporting other duties as required.
About You
The ideal applicant we are seeking will have:
A recognised postgraduate TESOL qualification.
Recent ESL and/or Adult Literacy and Numeracy teaching experience.
Strong knowledge of LLN, EAL, CGEA, FSK Curriculum and the Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF).
Proven leadership experience with a track record of achieving operational and financial targets.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship-building skills.
Sound knowledge of RTO operations, SEE Program requirements and current industry standards.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement.
