Capstone Recruitment is partnering with a well established, well capitalised private property developer with a residential apartment pipeline exceeding $2 billion.
An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Development Manager to join the Sydney team, working closely with the Development Director across both acquisitions and live projects.
This role will suit a Valuer with residential development experience, a Development Analyst, or an existing Assistant Development Manager looking to broaden their exposure.
You'll play a key role in feasibility analysis, acquisitions, and project delivery, gaining genuine end to end development experience within a high performing team.
Key responsibilities:
Support acquisitions through feasibility analysis and due diligence




Assist with the delivery of current residential apartment developments
Prepare and update financial feasibilities and development appraisals
Work closely with consultants, stakeholders, and the Development Director throughout the development lifecycle
About you:
Strong financial modelling and feasibility skills
EstateMaster experience is highly desirable
Commercially minded with solid analytical and communication skills
