Starting in Leasing, you'll gain hands-on experience across a high-end residential portfolio with average rents around $2,000 per week, giving you exposure to premium properties, landlords and tenants from day one.
And for the right person, Leasing is just the beginning.
There's a genuine pathway into residential Sales, making this ideal for someone early in their career who wants to build towards becoming a successful Sales Agent.
THE OPPORTUNITYYou'll be responsible for:
Conducting open homes and private inspections
Working with prospective tenants across premium properties
Processing applications and managing leasing enquiries
Building relationships with landlords and tenants
Assisting with recent listings and leasing campaigns
Working closely with the Property Management and Sales teams

Early in your real estate career and hungry to progress
Previous experience working in real estate
