The OpportunityChurches of Christ Queensland is seeking a Part Time Registered Nurse to join our welcoming 78 bed Aged Care service in Hervey Bay.
Nestled in a peaceful semi rural setting, our service provides residential, respite, dementia and palliative care.In this role, you'll deliver quality clinical care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
Working alongside a dedicated team, you'll be supported by an on site Care Coordinator and an experienced Service Manager, ensuring the guidance and collaboration needed to succeed.Your responsibilitiesAdministering medications and updating care plansConducting baseline and focused assessmentsLeading and mentoring team membersCollaborating with residents, families, and internal/external stakeholders to ensure high‐quality careAbout YouCurrent AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseSkilled in medication management, wound care, resident assessments and updating care plansPrevious aged care experience is desirableCurrent First Aid, CPR Certification, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)NDIS Worker Screening CardAbility to work across day, afternoon, and night shiftsHold valid Australian Work Rights – Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsorImportantly, you will be someone who closely aligns with our organisational values of Integrity, Compassion, Excellence and Courage.About UsWe are one of Australia's largest and most diverse not-for-profit organisations,
