This is an excellent opportunity for someone beginning their accounting career or looking to develop their bookkeeping and accounting skills in a supportive environment.
You will work closely with our experienced team, gaining hands-on experience in a range of accounting functions whilst contributing to the delivery of quality financial services to our clients.What you'll be doingProcessing invoices,



receipts and other financial documents accurately and efficientlyReconciling bank statements and general ledger accountsEntering financial transactions into accounting software and maintaining comprehensive recordsAssisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports under supervisionSupporting the month-end and year-end close proceduresFollowing up on outstanding invoices and assisting with accounts receivable functionsPerforming general administrative duties related to accounting operationsWhat we're looking forA relevant accounting qualification or currently undertaking an accounting qualification (such as bachelor, CPA, CA or similar)Familiarity with accounting software Xero and ExcelSolid understanding of basic bookkeeping principles and general accounting conceptsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesExcellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamCandidate will need to be able to speak English and Chinese.Prior experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role is preferredBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
