About the Role
We are seeking experienced Multi‐Skilled Crushing Operators to join our production team, supporting the secure and efficient operation of our mobile crushing and screening spread.
This role suits operators who are confident across multiple machines, understand MRWA aggregate specifications, and can work autonomously in remote environments.
Key Responsibilities
Operate a range of mobile plant including:
Wheel Loader (Cat Payload systems experience essential)
Excavator (Cat Payload systems experience essential)
Articulated Dump Truck (ADT)
Water Truck
Operate and monitor Metso crushing and screening equipment:
Metso LT106 Jaw Crusher
Metso Cone Crushers (LT220D or similar)
Metso Vertical Shaft Impactors (VSI)
Metso Triple Deck Screeners (ST4.10 or similar)
Maintain consistent production of MRWA‐spec aggregates, ensuring material meets daily testing and quality requirements.
Conduct basic servicing, fault finding, and routine maintenance on mobile plant and crushing equipment.
Perform safe plant start‐ups, shutdowns, inspections, and reporting.
Support site operations including stockpile management, load and carry, and general labouring as required.
Work effectively within a small team in remote locations under FIFO or DIDO arrangements.
Skills & Experience Required




Proven experience as a Crushing Operator in mining, quarrying, or civil construction.
Demonstrated competency operating:
Loaders (with Cat Payload)
Excavators (with Cat Payload)
ADTs
Water Trucks
Metso crushing & screening equipment
Strong understanding of MRWA aggregate specifications and compliance testing requirements.
Ability to carry out basic mechanical maintenance, greasing, screen changes, belt tracking, and general troubleshooting.
Comfortable working in remote locations with FIFO or DIDO rosters.
Strong safety focus and ability to follow site procedures.
Physically fit and capable of working in hot, dusty, and demanding environments.
Mandatory Requirements
Full working rights in Australia
Valid C Class licence (HR/HC/MC highly regarded)
Nationally recognised mobile plant tickets (Loader, Excavator, ADT, Water Truck)
Ability to pass a pre‐employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
Previous experience in WA mining or civil operations (preferred)
