Working closely with project managers and stakeholders.This is a fixed-term part-time role ending on 7 July ****, working Thursday and Friday each week.
These days are fixed and cannot be changed, so applicants must be available to work both Thursdays and Fridays for the duration of the appointment.You will maintain project records, support reporting and scheduling, assist with procurement and contract administration, and help apply Council's project management processes.About youYou are an organised and proactive administration professional with experience in projects, procurement, contracts or business support.
You are confident working with records, systems, reports and documentation, with a solid focus on accuracy and timely support.You can manage competing priorities, work with minimal supervision and build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to support strong project outcomes.Key requirements for the role2–3 years' experience in business administration, procurement or contract management.Experience supporting projects and contract administration.Current unrestricted Queensland "C" class driver licence (essential).
Construction Industry White CardCertificate in Business,
