We are looking for caring, reliable, and motivated Casual NDIS Support Workers to join our growing team in various areas in:BlacktownAbout the roleProviding in-home care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and community participationDeveloping and implementing individual support plans to meet each client's goalsActively engaging clients in social and recreational activities to promote their wellbeing and independenceWhat we're looking forExperience in aged care, disability or community servicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to build rapport and trust with clientsProblem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challengesA genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with disabilitiesRequirements:Must be available for flexible schedule to accommodate varying shift requirementsMust have Australian Driver's License & Reliable CarMust have Current NDIS Worker check or willing to obtainMust have a Paid Blue card or willing to obtainMust hold current First Aid/CPR certificationBe able to provide 2 current/previous work-related referencesAppointment to this position is conditional upon the successful applicant holding a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check, having the legal right to work in Australia, and complying with any applicable legislative, regulatory or public health requirements relevant to the role.
