cost and timeline objectives are achievedPrepare quotations for maintenance works and service contractsMonitor project performance and compliance through SimProMaintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer serviceLead, mentor and develop plumbing teamWork closely with our HSEQR team to ensure all safety, quality and compliance requirements are metContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and division growthWhat We're Looking ForAustralian Citizenship is essential to obtain a Defence Common Access Card (DCAC)Current Plumbing Contractor Licence advantageous but not essentialMinimum 5 years' experience in a Plumbing Supervisor or leading hand roleExperience coordinating maintenance and construction projectsStrong communication, organisational and leadership skillsExperience mentoring team members and managing tradespeopleAbility to prepare quotations and scope worksExperience with SimPro or similar job management software is desirableCommitment to safety, quality workmanship and qualified standardsThis is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership position within a thriving division, supported by proven systems, strong client relationships and a solid pipeline of work.Ready to Lead From the Front?
