We are dedicated to providing excellent Clinical Services, Education & Training and Research & Clinical Trials.About the roleThe primary objective of this role is to provide a high standard of customer service by focusing on supporting The Skin Hospital's patients, doctors, and nurses.
As the first point of customer contact, the position is seen as critical in establishing a professional image and improving the reputation of The Skin Hospital.In this role, you will be responsible for:Making patient appointments, provision of fee information and meeting patient's service needsAccurate patient billing and daily banking reconciliationMaintain compliance with health and safety standardsWorking closely with Doctors, administration and nursing staffWe are looking for an experienced medical receptionist with a genuine caring disposition.
