Carrington Bowling Club is seeking an experienced and capable Bar Supervisor to join our leadership team.This role is suited to hospitality professionals who are already operating at Club Supervisor level and are confident running shifts independently within a registered club environment.We are not seeking entry-level supervisors.Applicants must have demonstrated experience supervising staff and managing service in a licensed venue.About the RoleReporting to senior management, you will be responsible for:Leading, mentoring and directing bar staffEnsuring compliance with RSA, RCG and club policiesCash handling, till reconciliation and end-of-night proceduresDelivering consistent, high-quality customer serviceMaintaining venue presentation and operational standardsSupporting a positive team cultureMost shifts are evenings and weekends, with the majority finishing by 11:00pm.About YouTo be considered,
