telephone/internet enquiries and referralsProspecting potential Guests through telephone and other marketing techniquesMaintaining an excellent knowledge of the range of vehicles through formal and informal trainingProviding awesome customer services throughout the sales to delivery processThe ideal candidate will have:Sales background preferred but not necessaryAvailability to work weekendsExcellent verbal communication and negotiation skillsExcellent customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers quicklyStrong attention to detail, with the ability to follow processes and ensure accuracy of paperworkIntermediate level in Microsoft Office Applications (ie Word, Excel, Outlook)
