Plastics manufacturing seeking a reliable and dedicated Warehouse Store Person to join our team on a full-time basis.
Based at our facility in Derrimut, VIC ****, this role is fundamental to the smooth operation of our warehousing and distribution operations.
You will be responsible for maintaining inventory, managing stock levels, and ensuring that materials are stored and retrieved efficiently to support our customers and internal operations.
This position plays a vital role in ensuring that our warehouse runs effectively and that all stock is managed to the highest standards.What you'll be doingReceiving, unpacking, and inspecting incoming goods to verify quantity and quality against delivery documentationAccurately recording stock information into the warehouse management system and maintaining up-to-date inventory recordsOrganising and storing materials in designated locations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and company proceduresPack orders neatly, and an organised manner to ensure they meet our customers' expectation.Locating, picking, and packing items for dispatch to customers in a timely and accurate mannerConducting regular stock counts and reconciliation to identify discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracyOperating warehouse equipment such as forklifts (where certified) and other mechanical handling equipment safely and responsiblyMaintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the warehouse facility, including aisles, storage areas, and work zonesFollowing all health, safety, and environmental protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team membersCommunicating effectively with other team members and management to resolve issues and improve warehouse operationsSupporting ad hoc tasks as required to ensure smooth warehouse functionWhat we're looking forProven experience working in a warehouse, distribution centre, or similar storage environmentStrong organisational and attention to detail skills,
