and fast work ethicCapability to manage a section in the service kitchen during peak hoursCommitment to thorough kitchen cleaning at the end of each serviceKey Responsibilities:Support and contribute to the daily operations of the kitchen.Assist in the development and execution of Mediterranean-inspired menus.Prepare and present high-quality dishes with consistency.Ensure food safety and compliance with hygiene regulations.Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a positive and efficient work setting.Oversee inventory, supplier relations, and kitchen organization (for Sous Chef/CDP).
Incorporate Mediterranean cooking techniques, including rotisserie and grilling (as required).
