Fuse Recruitment are currently seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators with MR Truck licenses to join a busy and fast-paced Food Manufacturing warehouse operation in Ingleburn.
These are Permanent roles working 7:30am to 4pm Monday to Friday and paying $38 p/hr + Super!

About the RoleThese are hands-on warehouse positions involving forklift operation, manual warehouse duties and local MR delivery driving work.
You will work in both dry goods and Refrigerated environments when in the warhouse.MR Delivery DutiesLocal delivery runs (no runs outside of Sydney metro)Runs are on a "as needed" basis, some days you will not be completing delivery work at all and purely be based in the warehouse operating High Reach forkliftsLoads are 20% cartons and 80% neat palletsSome load on and load off required on deliveryHigh Reach Forklift DutiesOperating high reach forklifts in racking up to 8 levels highPutaways,



replenishment and stock rotationPallet consolidationsPicking orders using RF scannersPicking bulk ordersCounterbalance Forklift DutiesLoading and unloading trucks and containersReceiving and despatchInbound and outbound freight handlingSupplying pallets to the automated warehouse systemDock work including forklift and manual handlingPallet consolidationMaintaining neat, secure and presentation-quality palletsWarehouse & Manual Handling DutiesPicking and packing ordersRF scanningPalletising stockPallet jack operationShrink wrapping palletsGeneral warehouse housekeepingAbout YouTo be successful, you will have:Current LF Forklift LicenceCurrent MR or above truck licenseProven high reach forklift experience (up to at least 6 racks high)2+ years local MR delivery driving experiencePrevious experience working in a food manufacturing environmentExperience in both dry goods and refrigerated environmentsExperience with putaways, replenishment and pallet consolidationCounterbalance forklift experienceExperience loading and unloading trucks and containersWillingness to undertake manual container unloading when requiredRF scanning and pick packing experiencePallet jack experiencePalletising and manual handling experiencePrevious experience working within an automated warehouse environmentStrong attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced warehouseSound understanding of Workplace Health & Safety (WHS)Reliable attendance and a strong work ethicIf you're an experienced High reach forklift operator and hold your MR or above truck license and are looking for a secure permanent chance with excellent pay and a professional warehouse environment, we'd love to hear from you.
