We live and breathe our company values every day by being considerate, passionate, courageous, and making a difference.Job DescriptionWe are looking for anOutside School Hours Care Mobile Coordinatorto support our services in Sydney's Lower North Shore and Eastern Suburbs.ThisPermanent Part Timeposition is 30hoursper week (minimum) working both split shifts of 7:00-9:00am and 3:00-6:00pm and/or block shifts available 9:00am-5:00pm.As a Mobile Coordinator you are on the go, travelling OSH Coordinator, supporting numerous services as required, with a core focus on stepping into services to support the service delivery.Effectively develop, implement, and monitor OSHC/OOSH programs and activitiesEnsure quality and compliance in service delivery, and work with your team towards excellent rating and assessment outcomesLeadtraining, performance, and developmentin the serviceMinimise risk and manage safety in servicesWhat to expectWork across numerous services, providing leadership, support and program delivery.Participate in recruitment drives,



operational projects and other exciting activities.Implement creative programmesand develop meaningful relationships.Next steps?

Since it's such a valuable tool for career development, we will send you an overview of the results for your own benefit.QualificationsWe can teach you about the job and JAG, but a few basics you need to have:Minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Diploma in Children's Services), or have completed minimum 2 years of full time study in a relevant fieldExperience working with children in a leadership positionCurrent and valid Working with Children CheckCurrent driver's license is requiredExperience working with children within a group environmentAvailability over split shifts, Monday to FridayAdditional InformationAt Junior Adventures Group, child safety and child safeguarding principles are our top priorities.
