This apprenticeship is an excellent pathway to develop specialist Toolmaking skills and build a long-term career in advanced manufacturingDuties:· Learn to manufacture, repair, and maintain precision injection moulding tools.
· Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.




· Assist with diagnosing tooling faults and carrying out repairs and modifications.
· Perform preventative maintenance to ensure tooling reliability and performance.
· Gain hands-on experience operating EDM machines, surface grinders, lathes, milling machines, and precision measuring equipment.Skills and responsibilities:· Provisional Drivers Licence· Genuine interest in engineering, manufacturing, or mechanical trades.
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Willingness to learn and follow safe work practices.
· Good mechanical aptitude and a hands-on approach.
