Cushman & Wakefield Australia, in partnership with MEGT, is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated First Nations candidate to join the business as a Trainee Coordinator within the Integrated Facilities Management team.This role provides valuable hands-on experience across a range of business functions while supporting a major property and development contract team located in the Sydney CBD.
You will gain exposure to facilities management, property services, administration, finance, procurement, sustainability, and client support within a global organisation.Based in Sydney CBDThis is an identified role for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people.

You will learn about and support a broad range of property and facilities management functions while working alongside experienced professionals and mentors.This role offers valuable exposure to:Facilities managementLease and property managementFinance and invoice processingProcurement and contractor coordinationHealth & safetySustainability and environmental programsClient service and reportingYou will be supported throughout your traineeship by a dedicated supervisor/mentor and wider team members.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with data and information collection, validation, and reportingSupport administrative and coordination tasks across the teamUpload and maintain information within internal reporting systemsAssist with report preparation and communication activitiesParticipate in meetings, forums, and team discussionsSupport the delivery of services to clients and stakeholdersContribute ideas and suggestions for process improvementsBuild strong working relationships with internal teams and external service providersAbout YouWe are looking for someone who is:An Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander personInterested in developing a career within property, facilities management, administration, or corporate servicesOrganised, proactive, and eager to learnA solid communicator with good interpersonal skillsComfortable using Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointAble to work collaboratively within a team environmentAdvantageousA keen interest in the built environment and property industryExposure to property, facilities, administration, customer service, or related environmentsVolunteering, community involvement, or previous work experienceIntention to commence or continue tertiary studies relevant to property, business, facilities management, or similar disciplinesWhy Join Us?
