Engineering – Mechanical Trade, Cert III, 1st Year Apprenticeship, Peakhurst, NSW****apprentice is looking for candidates who are passionate about completing an Engineering Mechanical Apprenticeship, thrive in structured work processes and have a drive to succeed.
Upon completion of the apprenticeship, you will be a Trade Qualified and experienced Fitter and Turner.Our partner is a family-owned hydraulics business that has been servicing South-Eastern Sydney & the greater metro area since ****.
Their dedicated team has built a solid reputation through on-site service and a modern, well-equipped workshop facility.
They serve customers in the Earthmoving, Agricultural, Mining, Drilling, Food Processing, Construction, Industrial, Marine, and Truck-Mounted Equipment Markets.Some of what you will learn:Learn from experienced fitters and work on machinery of different types, sizes, and designsRepair broken machinery, design and implement machine reliability improvements and progress operationsWork safely and effectively in manufacturing and engineeringUse of power tools/hand toolsParticipate in environmentally sustainable work practicesDismantle, replace and assemble engineering componentsAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to:Be a logical and methodical thinker with agenuine interest in EngineeringHave valuable communication skills and the ability to work well in a teamBe down to earth, friendly and enjoy being part of a teamA drive to succeed and learn all aspects of the trade.Take pride in your work and be eager to learnHold a current driver licence minimum P and own vehiclePrepare For Your Interview: How To Nail Your InterviewLearn from professional tradespeople,
