About the RoleAs Store Manager / Sales Leader, you will:
Lead from the front in a high-performing retail showroom
Drive sales performance and exceed store targets
Deliver exceptional customer experiences
Coach, motivate, and develop your sales team
Build strong relationships with customers and repeat clients
Manage store operations, KPIs, and daily performance
Create an energetic, positive, and results-driven culture
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys both selling and leading.
What We're Looking ForWe are seeking someone who:
Has proven retail sales leadership experience
Is highly motivated and target-driven
Leads by example with energy and professionalism
Has strong communication and people skills
Can coach and develop a sales team
Is organised, reliable, and accountable
Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Has a passion for fitness, health, or customer engagement (preferred but not essential)
Important Availability RequirementsRetail weekends are where the action happens.
Saturdays and Sundays are essential working days within this role, as they are our busiest trading periods and provide the greatest opportunity to maximise commission earnings.
