Lead end-to-end eDiscovery engagements across the full Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), from collection through to production
Manage document review platforms (e.g., Relativity or similar) and oversee advanced analytics workflows
Ensure rigorous quality control, defensibility, and audit trails suitable for legal and regulatory scrutiny
Conduct digital forensic collections across endpoints, cloud environments, and mobile devices
Analyse user activity including files, communications, and browser data to support investigations
Maintain strict chain of custody and evidentiary integrity standards
Advise clients on data preservation strategies, investigation design, and regulatory response approaches
Deliver clear, concise findings to legal teams, executives, and external stakeholders
Manage multiple concurrent engagements, ensuring delivery against deadlines, budgets, and scope
Supervise and mentor team members, allocating resources and managing workflows
Analyse large and complex datasets (financial, transactional, and communications) to identify anomalies, fraud, or misconduct
Support litigation, arbitration, and internal investigations with data-driven insights
Contribute to business development activities, including proposals, pitches, and relationship building across legal, compliance, and cyber functions
Drive process improvements and innovation initiatives within engagements and internal practices
Skills and Experience
Around 4–6 years' experience in eDiscovery, digital forensics, litigation support, or a related field
Strong understanding of the full EDRM lifecycle and forensic investigation methodologies
Experience with document review and case management platforms (e.g., Relativity or equivalent)
Familiarity with forensic tools and techniques for data collection and analysis across multiple sources
Exposure to data analytics, including the ability to interpret large datasets and identify key insights
Relevant degree in law, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related discipline
Certifications in eDiscovery or digital forensics are advantageous but not essential
Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting technical findings to non-technical audiences
A proactive, client-focused approach with strong problem-solving ability
