THE CHANCE Kick-start your engineering career with Ampcontrol through our two-year Graduate Engineer Rotation Program.
We are seeking two Graduate Engineers to join our Engineering team and gain hands-on experience across a diverse range of projects and disciplines.
Based at our facilities in the Newcastle Region, this program has been designed to provide exposure to the full engineering lifecycle - from research and development and product design through to field service and customer solutions.
This opportunity is ideal for graduates who are curious, adaptable and excited by the opportunity to work across a variety of engineering challenges while developing their technical capability in a supportive and innovative environment.

You Will Ideally Have Completed, or be in your penultimate or final year of, a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics or Renewable Energy Engineering highly regarded)A desire to apply engineering theory to real-world industrial challengesAn interest in seeing your designs and ideas become tangible products and solutionsAn interest in areas such as product development, power systems, automation, integration and control systemsA curiosity to understand how systems work and how they can be improvedStrong problem-solving skills and a willingness to tackle complex challengesThe resilience to learn from setbacks and keep moving forwardThe ability to make decisions, adapt and remain focused in a changing environmentA collaborative mindset and willingness to be part of a team Please include an up-to-date resume, cover letter outlining your areas of interest, academic transcripts and WAM with your application.
