About the Role
As theRoom Leader, you will:
Support the day-to-day leadership of the room alongside the leadership team
Mentor and guide educators to deliver high-quality educational practices
Lead curriculum development and reflective practice in line with the EYLF and Montessori philosophy
Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional team culture
Build strong relationships with children, families, and educators
Support compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Regulations, and Child Safe Standards
Contribute to ongoing service growth, improvement, and quality outcomes
Help create calm, engaging,



and developmentally appropriate learning environments for infants and toddlers

Essential Requirements
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards
Current Working With Children Check (NSW)
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
Sound understanding of the:
Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
National Quality Standards (NQS)
Child Safe Standards and Reportable Conduct Scheme
Education and Care Services National Regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
