As an Internal Salesperson, you will play a key role in supporting our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our branch.
You'll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with product inquiries, order processing, and providing expert advice on our range of industrial solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provideexceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
Processcustomer orders, quotes, and inquiries efficiently and accurately.
Develop and maintainstrong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Supportthe external sales team by preparing quotes, products, and assisting customer accounts.
Assistwith inventory management, including stock control and replenishment.
Who are you?
A strong customer service focuswith excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experiencein a sales or customer service role (experience in industrial products is highly regarded but not essential).
A proactiveand solution-focused attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritize.




Strong computer skills, including experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
A willingnessto learn and develop product knowledge in bearings, power transmission, and industrial solutions.
A team-orientedmindset and a commitment to achieving branch goals.
