About the role:
AtRepcowe want to ensure that each customer has a great shopping experience in person, over the phone, and online.
As aRetail Assistant(Customer Sales & Service)your key focus includes:
Always have asafety focusto ensure your safety, and that of your teammates & customers
Provide genuine service & create moments that matter with customers
Use your strong customer service to contribute to positive sales performance
Maintain exceptional showroom presentation & merchandising standards
Process stock; receive, dispatch & store
Be an enthusiastic, cooperative & team-oriented Repco team member, and contribute to a positive team culture.
Roll up your sleeves to receive, dispatch, and put away stock.
(This is a hands‐on role that involves lifting, bending, and climbing as part of your day)
