About Us
Pimpama Physiotherapy is a growing multidisciplinary allied health practice in Pimpama, delivering in-clinic and mobile physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and remedial massage across the Gold Coast, Logan, and Brisbane.
We support participants and clients funded through NDIS, NIISQ, Support at Home, DVA, WorkCover, and Medicare.
We're a close-knit, patient-focused team that genuinely cares about outcomes — for our clients and for each other.
As we grow our team, we're looking for someone who can independently manage their own caseload in the community.
The Chance
We're seeking apassionate and experiencedOccupational Therapistto join our team delivering mobile and community-based therapy across the Gold Coast, Logan, and Brisbane.
You'll work independently and directly in clients' homes and communities, helping them build independence, participate in everyday life, and achieve what matters to them.
Experience with NDIS and/or aged care participants is highly regarded.
What you'll be doing
Conducting functional and home assessments, Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs), and home modification recommendations
Assistive technology prescription and equipment trials
Developing and delivering individualised therapy plans for NDIS and aged care clients
Writing explicit, high-quality reports (progress reports, AT letters of support, capacity assessments)
Collaborating with our physiotherapy and remedial massage team for genuinely integrated client care




Building relationships with support coordinators, families, and referral partners across the region
What we're looking for
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle for community-based work
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Experience or strong interest in NDIS and/or aged care service delivery
Confident, empathetic communicator who builds rapport easily with clients and families
Strong clinical reasoning and a genuine love of community-based, client-centred work
Comfortable working autonomously while staying connected to a supportive team
