About The Role Position Council is currently seeking an enthusiastic and capable individual to join its Concrete Construction and Drainage team.
This position is responsible for performing a variety of labouring and concreting tasks, supporting the maintenance and construction of footpaths, cycleways, kerb and guttering, drainage systems, and other concrete structures.
To be successful you will bring Behaviour that positively demonstrates Council's values of: creative, accessible, respect, energetic and safe.Demonstrated experience and proficiency in all aspects of concreting, including formwork, pouring and screeding / finishing.Demonstrated experience in and ability to perform a range of physical labouring duties associated with the maintenance and construction of roads, roadsides and related infrastructure.Demonstrated communication skills, both oral and written.Demonstrated ability to operate various items of minor plant and equipment.
The rewards A salary range of $59,700 to $68,600 per annum (plus 12% superannuation) dependent upon skills,
