We're looking for an experiencedOrder Management Coordinatorto join our Adelaide Head Office and play a key role in coordinating customer orders acrossSales, Inventory, Production, Logistics and Export.

About the role
As ourOrder Management Coordinator, you'll take ownership of the order process from the time an order is received through to fulfilment and shipment.
You'll work closely with our Sales team, production sites, logistics and export teams to ensure orders are accurately entered, appropriately allocated and delivered in line with customer expectations.
No two days will be exactly the same.
You'll be balancing customer requirements with stock availability and production capacity, identifying potential issues before they become problems and keeping stakeholders informed along the way.
Key responsibilities
Order Coordination
Accurately enter and process customer sales orders, including product specifications, delivery requirements and special instructions.
Allocate orders to the appropriate production site based on stock availability and production capacity.
Manage order amendments and assess the impact of changes on inventory, production schedules and shipment commitments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date order records and documentation.
Respond to order enquiries and provide timely updates to the Sales team and customers.
Inventory & Production Coordination
Monitor inventory levels and stock availability against customer orders.
Identify potential stock shortages, supply constraints or production risks.
Coordinate with production sites to align customer demand with production plans and available capacity.
Proactively identify and communicate potential delays or constraints.
Assist in balancing customer requirements, inventory availability and production commitments.
Export & Shipment Coordination




Work closely with the Export Documentation team to support timely and accurate shipment execution.
Monitor shipment progress and communicate relevant updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
Assist with export documentation and compliance requirements where required.
Coordinate with logistics teams to support efficient order fulfilment and dispatch.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Maintain accurate order, inventory and production records.
Prepare reports relating to order status, inventory availability and production commitments.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies between orders, stock and production plans.
Monitor order-related KPIs and identify opportunities to improve processes.
Contribute to projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the Client & Sales Administration function.
About you
We're looking for someone who isorganised, commercially minded and proactive, with the ability to keep multiple moving parts under control.
You'll ideally bring:
Previous experience inorder processing, customer service, sales administration, supply chain, logistics, production planning or a similar coordination role.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple orders and competing priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong relationship-building skills and confidence liaising with customers and internal stakeholders.
Experience usingERP systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics or a similar system will be highly regarded.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularlyExcel.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues and take action.
A proactive approach and the confidence to follow up with different teams to keep orders moving.
The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
A strong customer focus and commitment to delivering reliable outcomes.
You'll stand out if you also have:




Experience working inmanufacturing, agriculture, logistics, distribution or supply chain environments.
Experience withexport operations or international trade.
Knowledge of production planning and inventory management.
Experience working with international customers or complex supply chains.
Additional language skills, particularlyVietnamese, Japanese, Korean or Arabic.
A relevant qualification in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade or a related discipline will be well regarded, butrelevant industry experience is equally valued.
