Skills and experience
We're looking for someone who:
Holds a current NSW Conveyancer Licence
Has experience managing residential conveyancing matters
Is confident using PEXA
Has excellent attention to detail
Communicates clearly and confidently with clients and stakeholders
Is organised and comfortable managing competing deadlines
Takes ownership of their matters and follows things through
Works well as part of a team
Takes pride in providing a high level of client service
Experience using legal or conveyancing practice management software and DocuSign is ideal, but not essential.
Key responsibilities
Managing residential sale and purchase matters from initial instructions through to settlement
Preparing, reviewing and advising on Contracts for Sale
Liaising with clients, real estate agents, solicitors, conveyancers, brokers and financial institutions
Preparing for and facilitating PEXA settlements
Managing settlement and post-settlement requirements
Keeping matters progressing and identifying issues early
Providing clients with clear, practical guidance throughout their transaction
